No way to contact delivery person and hotline. Delivery person did not call or even indicate what time will deliver. Wanted delivery person to leave at my door step but unable to communicate this point across. Delivery person just leave if no one answer the door which one time I was in the bathroom

Lj service. Have issues with this delivery courier 2 times. First is the delivery guy cock eye put my orders at wrong address unit. Second is even worse. Maybe the first and second delivery guy is the same or what I don't know. Delivery guy marked delivered but didn't receive anything. My house got people and the door is not close during that period when the orders is marked delivered. Come back from work search for my orders outside corridor and my neighbors house gate but no where to be found. if there's nobody answering the door the delivery guy can call or message me right and take photo show me before they proceed to leave the orders outside my door. I suspect that delivery guy stole my orders and keep it himself. One of my order is custom design one because of this cb kia I didn't get to see the design and also the seller effort has been wasted in vain. Got another time when I was at home the delivery guy came and when I walk towards the door ( I did not drag ) he straight throw on the floor outside my door don't even bother to pass it to me. All this delivery person work under spx like this one ah? Knn do things alibaba one if no heart to do then don't do la nb make me so ma huan I go kp the customer service need wait for refund and I need to find another platform to order the missing items that I need it. I remembered last time this courier not so jialat de but recently getting fk up. I also work delivery before leh but I see this type of service no standard one. Better train your stuff the proper standard procedure and don't steal

The delivery state 1st April and didn’t deliver in time was waiting afternoon to night and then now 2nd April still Not yet delivery to my home

Was told that I would receive my parcel around 28-30 March. Was delayed till 1 April but that’s fine. On the day of delivery, it showed that it’s out for delivery but at 1am, still no sign of the parcel.
